Web Developer

Cory Via is a native Hoosier who spent his early childhood years in Alabama with his mother. He had always been interested in the world of creative expression and the way things worked. After returning to Indianapolis as a teenager, Cory discovered the world of software development. His initial interest was in graphic design and desktop application development. However, he naturally ventured into web development as his skills developed.

Cory worked to increase his knowledge of design and development through personal exploration and applying what he learned to real-world applications. He received an Associates Degree of Computer Science specializing in Software Application Development in 2004 from ITT Technical Institute.

He began working as a graphic artist, specializing in print design and layout, before moving into web development roles. His plan is to continue to grow in his position with Galvin Creative Technologies and eventually retire from there.

Cory enjoys playing guitar and is currently learning to play the piano. His artistic interests include abstract painting, abstract illustration and photography. He also enjoys music, movies, reading, learning and creating.
