Establishing the Project Framework
At the onset of the project, Galvin will establish the project framework and provide a base set of deliverables outlining project requirements, priorities, and schedule. These deliverables will align strategies with goals, identify feature and process improvements, and ultimately establish the framework that can create a competitive advantage for your company.
Galvin’s role in the Discovery Phase includes management of all aspects of the project and preparation of all deliverables within the project scope.
