Galvin never considers a project complete after launch. Subsequent to implementation, the Galvin team will conduct Post-Project Lessons Learned sessions both internally and with Project Sponsors.  The Galvin Team shall also be available in an on-call status with defined Service Level Agreements.  As needed, Galvin services can be secured on a retainer basis to ensure adequate support coverage.
